Baked or Grilled Salmon

salmon, filet, one pound
season to taste (Dr. Bill’s favorite is the Salmon Marinade from VitalChoice.com )
Line a baking dish with foil and spray with coconut oil. Rinse salmon and set on the foil. Squeeze lemon over salmon; then season to taste. Bake at 350 for approximately 15-25 minutes, depending on thickness of salmon. Be careful not to overcook – it will become dry. (Fish is done when it flakes with a fork.) Serve with steamed veggies.
